Mimik provides software for account connection management, copier configuration, monitoring, and analytics. Access to the platform is licensed, not sold, and remains subject to these terms and any workspace-level restrictions.
Users are responsible for broker credentials, prop-firm rules, exchange agreements, copied trade settings, and all trading decisions made through connected accounts. Mimik does not assume discretionary trading authority.
Platform access may be suspended for maintenance, compliance review, security events, or broker-side outages. Users are expected to supervise active accounts and validate routing behavior during onboarding, conformance, and live trading.
