Connections, plans, bridge requirements, and the practical details of getting started with MimikTrader.
MimikTrader is a futures trade copier with support for Tradovate, Rithmic, and ProjectX follower accounts through a Windows bridge. Starter includes the copier; Pro adds risk management, trade journaling, and TradingView alerts.
MimikTrader supports Tradovate and Rithmic connections, plus ProjectX accounts as followers through the Mimik ProjectX Bridge. ProjectX accounts cannot be used as leaders. Topstep Live funded accounts are not supported for copy trading in Mimik.
Starter is $29 per month and includes the trade copier, 5 broker connections, and 5 copy groups. Pro is $49.99 per month and adds risk management, trade journaling, and TradingView alerts. Both plans have a 7-day trial.
For ProjectX followers, yes. The Windows bridge must stay running on an awake PC with an internet connection to place orders. Mimik coordinates the copy logic in the cloud, while the bridge executes ProjectX orders from your machine.
TopstepX allows one active session per account. While the bridge is connected, do not also log into the TopstepX website for that account. Use ProjectX accounts as followers, not leaders.
Pro includes TradingView alerts for sending supported trading instructions to MimikTrader. Configure your webhook and account settings, then verify the full setup before using it with live accounts.
Identical fills are not guaranteed. Account conditions, order timing, liquidity, and connection availability can affect execution. Review your connections, follower sizing, and open positions as part of your trading routine.
